Digital products
Ebook Vaults sells downloadable ebooks and digital resources. No physical items are shipped, so physical returns are not applicable.

Change of mind and cancellations
Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been supplied.

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, it remains available unless it has been validly waived. Where required by law, this waiver requires your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins.

Problems with your purchase
If your file is corrupted, you receive the wrong product, your download is unavailable, or the content is materially different from its description, contact us. We will provide assistance and an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund as required by applicable law.

Accidental duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us with both order numbers so we can verify and refund the duplicate purchase.
