1. About us
   Ebook Vaults operates ebookvaults.com and sells downloadable ebooks and digital resources.

These Terms apply to purchases from our store. Our Return and Refund Policy and the product description also form part of your purchase agreement.

1. Orders and payments
   Please provide accurate billing and contact information, including a valid email address for delivery.

The price, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges are shown before you complete payment. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for it.

1. Digital delivery
   Our products are digital. No physical item will be shipped.

The product page explains the delivery method, expected delivery time, file format, language, and any required software or third-party account. Access is provided after successful payment according to those details.

If you do not receive your download or cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order number.

1. Product licences
   Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it; it does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unless the product includes a different licence, you may use it for your own personal purposes or internal business activities. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the downloadable product or its contents.

If a product expressly includes Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or another commercial licence, the specific licence supplied with that product governs the permitted uses. These rights are not included automatically with every purchase.

1. Refunds and cancellation rights
   Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details about cancellations, duplicate purchases, and problems with digital products.

Where applicable law provides a cancellation period, that right remains available unless validly waived. Where required, immediate digital supply will only remove that right after your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of your cancellation right. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute that consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, inaccessible, or incorrectly described digital content.

1. Product information and results
   We aim to describe our products accurately. Please review the description and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Educational and business resources do not guarantee a particular level of income, sales, bookings, or other results. Outcomes depend on how the material is used and individual circumstances.

This does not affect our obligation to supply content that meets its description and applicable legal requirements.
